Whiteio stores the account, organization, contacts, routes, calls, visits, imports, and settings needed to provide the service.

Microsoft access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored server-side. Whiteio requests calendar access only and does not request Outlook email access.

Stripe processes billing details. Whiteio stores Stripe customer, subscription, price, invoice, and status identifiers—not card numbers.

Organization boundaries are enforced for authenticated data access. Contact support to request privacy assistance before public launch.
